Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: Neither 1038308 nor 1038310 is the Prime Orchards consignment — AWB 618-55465373 was reused by Vision for two genuinely different shipments five days apart: 749 cartons to Prime Orchards (China) Ltd, HK, on SQ266/09-SQ874/10 (7 Aug, trade 1038302, out of scope), and separately 686 trays to Total Fresh, SIN, on SQ266/12 (12 Aug). The Total Fresh side belongs on 1038310 (Xero invoice 1038310, PAID AUD 13,720.00). 1038308 was Carter's own first-cut billing of that same 12 Aug Total Fresh consignment, sent to the customer on 12 Aug then explicitly withdrawn the next morning as superseded by 1038310.
