Boon Kee Supply, 2,240 Carton Afourer mandarin to PKG, AUD 44,800.00 (1038328)
3 TRADE OPENEDWhere it stands
- Where the goods are: no shipment in flight (no booking, departure or arrival held)
- What the customer has been told: last written to 6 Oct 2026 19:12 AEDT
- Receivable: nothing yet; no invoice is raised
- What happens next: On hold: 1 question only James McNamara can answer is open on this trade. It is on the desk regardless; the questions are under "What is waiting, and on whom".. The Chislett purchase-order work is working it; nothing is sent on it until it is handed back. Stefan Zayn asked in "CARTERS & DOC / ZAYNCO": "For the potential new order of strawberries to MK, can you please let me know if the following ETAs are workable: • 1 AKE: ETA KUL 12/Oct • 1 AKE: ETA KUL 15/Oct". Stefan Zayn asked in "CARTERS & DOC / ZAYNCO": "I don’t need 100% confirmation but just an idea if it can be done". Stefan Zayn asked in "CARTERS & DOC / ZAYNCO": "I’m working on AUD48.50 CNF but it’s not firm yet". The folder still needs a commercial invoice and a packing list.
Where this trade really stands
Nothing is booked or moving on 1038328: Boon Kee has given no written order or deposit for the 2,240 cartons, Chislett has given no delivery date on the AUD 32,860.80 purchase order, and James's press is open.
What is blocking it: James ruled on 1 Oct to go ahead only with a written order and deposit from Boon Kee first; neither is on the record, and Boon Kee's invoice 1038331 (AUD 14,763, due 2 Oct) is unpaid. Chislett's only reply to the corrected orders was on price ("The $13.50 is shed door", Jaco, 3 Oct), with no acceptance, count split or delivery date, so Vision has nothing to book. On 7 Oct our WhatsApp said the Middle East orders were cancelled and a ready container was being offered to the Malaysian customer, held in the cool room; no answer from Boon Kee is on the record.
Sources that disagree
- Only Chislett can say which fruit is ready, in what counts and when it can reach MODE; the written record holds no confirmation.
7 Oct 2026, WhatsApp: Our WhatsApp says a container is ready and held in the cool room.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Chislett has not confirmed supply, count split or a delivery date for 2,240 cartons; the request of 3 and 4 Oct is unanswered. - AUD 48,400.00 is 2,420 cartons at the AUD 20 sell price, not the purchase order; the issued AUD 32,860.80 is the figure that stands.
24 Sep 2026, desk record: Open question to James puts the drafted purchase order at AUD 48,400.00.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Purchase order 1038328 issued at AUD 32,860.80 (2,240 cartons at AUD 13.50 plus AUD 1.17 transport). - The item still carries the old count; it should be corrected to 2,240 cartons with the split left open until Chislett gives it.
27 Sep 2026, desk record: Open supply item gives 484 cartons 64 count and 1,936 cartons 72 count, 2,420 cartons.
3 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Corrected order is 2,240 cartons; count split asked of Chislett and not given. - Our own records disagree; the trade should carry CFR Port Klang once Boon Kee's written order confirms it.
17 Sep 2026, Gmail, exports@: Booking request to Vision states terms CFR Port Klang.
9 Oct 2026, desk record: Trade record holds no incoterm. - Vision has not been told of the cancellation; if the ready container moves to Port Klang, Vision needs one instruction covering both trades.
7 Oct 2026, WhatsApp: Our WhatsApp says the Middle East orders are cancelled.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Vision was told 1038329 for Jebel Ali is needed at MODE by 7 Oct and is set to reply per order.

Deposit and release
A purchase order to Chislett Farms for 1038328 was issued on Thu 17 Sep, and no customer deposit is on record: no customer invoice is linked to the trade.
Release is standard. No customer invoice is linked to this trade, so nothing says what is due before release.
No release has been recorded on this desk for this trade.

What this trade made
No result has been struck for this trade yet. 14 cost lines are held against its cost stack so far. The desk strikes one for itself once the actual cost stack is complete — nothing here waits on a person to press it.

The documents

| packing list | nothing in this folder is named as one |
This trade cannot show a commercial invoice and a packing list to anybody who asks for them. That is not a stage it has failed to reach: it is a paper it cannot produce. Owner: James McNamara.
Every document on this trade, each time it was issued, what it prints and who holds it, is on the timeline below under documents. This section answers only whether the trade can show its papers, which is a different question from when each one was made.
22 files sit in this trade's folder, of which 21 files are typed as a document and 1 file could not be typed from what they print.

A cut-off is not on this record: there is no column for one on the shipment or the trade, so none can appear here however many are in the forwarder's mail.

All eleven steps
The eleven stages
A stage is not a column anybody writes. It is a projection over the evidence, rebuilt from it every time, so nothing here was asserted by a code path that happened to run. Where a trade sits is the highest of the first seven; what it owes is the last four, and a trade can be invoiced and on the water at once. This trade is at TRADE OPENED.
| stage | state, and what the evidence says | evidence |

| QUOTE needs our word |
not reached no priced offer is carried on this trade yet. The 710 quotes priced since 1 May 2026 are deliberately not seeded: 313 of those quotes carry no freight figure at all and the fan-out multiplies a foreign price by the exchange rate twice, so loading them would put figures on the record that nobody can acquit. That decision is recorded here rather than left silent. |

This table answers which of the eleven are evidenced and which are not. WHEN each one moved, and on what, is on the timeline below under changes. A date there is the date the EVIDENCE carries, which is not always the date the thing happened: a container that arrived on Monday and was reported on Thursday is dated Thursday.
What disagrees with the old record
Nothing the old record says about this trade disagrees with the evidence this record holds.
Messages
What has happened, in one order
Everything the record holds on this trade — what was said, what was produced, what moved, what was paid, what was pressed and what was asked — on one line each, newest first, in Sydney time. It is one list and not seven, because a trader asking what happened on Tuesday should not have to read seven.
Showing claims only. Show everything.
Nothing of that kind is on this trade.

What takes it forward
BOOKED is reached by pressing one of its own acts, and INVOICED is reached by pressing one of its own acts. A press before its evidence exists comes back asking for the evidence; it is never an error and never drops what was typed.
Move it on
It is at TRADE OPENED. The estate moves a card itself when the evidence lands; moving it by hand asks what shows it, and the trade's own messages and documents are the taps.
Only stages ahead of this one. A card that has gone forward wrongly is put right with “correct a fact”, which writes the old value, the new one, who and when; walking a trade backwards through the stages would leave the record saying it happened twice.
