Boon Kee Supply, 2,240 Carton Afourer mandarin to PKG, AUD 44,800.00 (1038328)
3 TRADE OPENEDWhere it stands
- Where the goods are: no shipment in flight (no booking, departure or arrival held)
- What the customer has been told: last written to 9 Oct 2026 19:40 AEDT
- Receivable: nothing yet; no invoice is raised
- What happens next: On hold: 1 question only James McNamara can answer is open on this trade. It is on the desk regardless; the questions are under "What is waiting, and on whom".. The Chislett purchase-order work is working it; nothing is sent on it until it is handed back. Stefan Zayn asked in "CARTERS & DOC / ZAYNCO": "As in we could still potentially depart on 12/Oct?". Stefan Zayn asked in "CARTERS & DOC / ZAYNCO": "I need to tell the buyer whether it’s on or off in the next 30mins because he is choosing me over another source. The folder still needs a commercial invoice and a packing list.
Where this trade really stands
Nothing is booked or moving on 1038328: Boon Kee has given no written order or deposit for the 2,240 cartons, Chislett has given no delivery date on the AUD 32,860.80 purchase order, and James's press is open.
What is blocking it: James ruled on 1 Oct to go ahead only with a written order and deposit from Boon Kee first; neither is on the record, and Boon Kee's invoice 1038331 (AUD 14,763, due 2 Oct) is unpaid. Chislett's only reply to the corrected orders was on price ("The $13.50 is shed door", Jaco, 3 Oct), with no acceptance, count split or delivery date, so Vision has nothing to book. On 7 Oct our WhatsApp said the Middle East orders were cancelled and a ready container was being offered to the Malaysian customer, held in the cool room; no answer from Boon Kee is on the record.
Sources that disagree
- Only Chislett can say which fruit is ready, in what counts and when it can reach MODE; the written record holds no confirmation.
7 Oct 2026, WhatsApp: Our WhatsApp says a container is ready and held in the cool room.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Chislett has not confirmed supply, count split or a delivery date for 2,240 cartons; the request of 3 and 4 Oct is unanswered. - AUD 48,400.00 is 2,420 cartons at the AUD 20 sell price, not the purchase order; the issued AUD 32,860.80 is the figure that stands.
24 Sep 2026, desk record: Open question to James puts the drafted purchase order at AUD 48,400.00.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Purchase order 1038328 issued at AUD 32,860.80 (2,240 cartons at AUD 13.50 plus AUD 1.17 transport). - The item still carries the old count; it should be corrected to 2,240 cartons with the split left open until Chislett gives it.
27 Sep 2026, desk record: Open supply item gives 484 cartons 64 count and 1,936 cartons 72 count, 2,420 cartons.
3 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Corrected order is 2,240 cartons; count split asked of Chislett and not given. - Our own records disagree; the trade should carry CFR Port Klang once Boon Kee's written order confirms it.
17 Sep 2026, Gmail, exports@: Booking request to Vision states terms CFR Port Klang.
9 Oct 2026, desk record: Trade record holds no incoterm. - Vision has not been told of the cancellation; if the ready container moves to Port Klang, Vision needs one instruction covering both trades.
7 Oct 2026, WhatsApp: Our WhatsApp says the Middle East orders are cancelled.
4 Oct 2026, Gmail, exports@: Vision was told 1038329 for Jebel Ali is needed at MODE by 7 Oct and is set to reply per order.

The eleven stages
A stage is not a column anybody writes. It is a projection over the evidence, rebuilt from it every time, so nothing here was asserted by a code path that happened to run. Where a trade sits is the highest of the first seven; what it owes is the last four, and a trade can be invoiced and on the water at once. This trade is at TRADE OPENED.

The 710 quotes priced since 1 May 2026 are deliberately not seeded: 313 of those quotes carry no freight figure at all and the fan-out multiplies a foreign price by the exchange rate twice, so loading them would put figures on the record that nobody can acquit. A date there is the date the EVIDENCE carries, which is not always the date the thing happened: a container that arrived on Monday and was reported on Thursday is dated Thursday.

What has happened, in one order
Everything the record holds on this trade — what was said, what was produced, what moved, what was paid, what was pressed and what was asked — on one line each, newest first, in Sydney time. Jaco do you have a delivery date for the first two containers of Afourer?
a question James McNamara
Who was this parcel actually sold to — the old book's Boon Kee Supply Sdn Bhd, or someone else, given Boon Kee is a dormant air/KUL buyer of peaches, plums and avocado and this is sea citrus to Port Klang?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: Boon Kee Supply Sdn Bhd, Malaysia — confirmed by James's own instruction, not the old book alone. James, 17 Sep 2026 12:20 Sydney: 'Quenton needs a trade created with supply from Chislett to sell to Boon Kee.' James set the sell price 17 Sep 12:50: 'Boon Kee's sell price is $20.' This is the same legal counterparty as the Boon Kee Supply Sdn Bhd on 1038331 (avocados, air, KUL) — Boon Kee evidently buys both citrus-by-sea into Port Klang and avocados-by-air into KUL from Carter; the 'dormant/air-only' profile compared against it was drawn from other trades and does not rule out this lane. [Drive doc '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026' (Google Doc id 1_-OKN-ArBs3z9JXWOIEeLMIaRHlHMFauBJH3xuY2Fdg), quoting James 17 Sep 2026 12:20 and 12:50 Sydney.].
a question James McNamara
Is this trade sea to Port Klang, or air to KUL, and which forwarder booking (if any) was ever raised?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: Sea to Port Klang, via Vision International (Liam Fraser), 1 x 40-foot reefer, priced off Vision's 11 Sep 2026 sea freight card (PIL, Melbourne/Brisbane to Port Klang, row 32). No booking has actually been placed: Quenton only asked Liam Fraser for vessel options by WhatsApp 16 Sep 2026 12:26 ('next vessel to Port Kelang... for Melbourne citrus for Boon'), and a further email asking for sailings/cut-offs (draft d6b) was still unsent as of 17 Sep 18:13 Sydney. [Drive doc '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026': Destination row (Quenton to Liam Fraser, WhatsApp 16 Sep 2026 12:26 Sydney); Mode/basis row (Sea, CFR); costing section (Vision card 11 Sep 2026, sea tab row 32); Monitor run 17 Sep 18:02-18:45 Sydney ('booking asked (options only)').].
a question James McNamara
Did a purchase order ever go to Chislett Farms, which version, and on what date in Sydney time?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: No — no purchase order has ever gone to Chislett Farms on this trade. Three drafts exist (, 17 Sep 2026 17:53 Sydney, 2,240 cartons;, 17 Sep 12:22;, 17 Sep 12:27, revised to 2,420 cartons/full container), all built and filed but still sitting unsent in the exports@ Drafts folder as of 17 Sep 18:13 Sydney, 'awaiting James's press.' Nothing from Chislett Farms about this order appears in any mailbox to that time. [Drive doc '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026': 'Nothing has been sent to any party on this trade... draft r-6211531679047765539... awaiting James's press'; Monitor run 17 Sep 2026 18:02-18:45 Sydney: 'purchase order drafted... still unsent at 18:13 AEST.'].
a question James McNamara
Is AUD 48,400 for 2420 CARTON Quenton's price, and was the composite priced as one line or per size (484 x 64 count and 1,936 x 72 count)?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: AUD 48,400.00 is James's price, not Quenton's: James, 17 Sep 2026 12:50 Sydney, 'Boon Kee's sell price is $20' (per carton), applied as one blended rate to all 2,420 cartons (AUD 20.00 x 2,420 = AUD 48,400.00) — the two sizes (484 x 64 count, 1,936 x 72 count) are a packing specification, not separately priced lines; both sizes sell at the same AUD 20.00/carton. [Drive doc '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026': Sell row, 'AUD 20.00 per carton, AUD 48,400.00 at 2,420 cartons... James, 17 Sep 12:50: "Boon Kee's sell price is $20."'].
a question James McNamara
What is the eighth, untyped file in the trade folder?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: It is the Google Doc '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026' at the folder root (not under 02_PO), a 182-byte .gdoc shortcut to a roughly 13KB internal working record that sets out the trade's costing, the purchase-order drafts and what is still owed by whom. It was typed UNKNOWN only because 'TRADE RECORD' does not match the closed document-type list. [Drive folder listing for 1038328: '1038328 TRADE RECORD 17 Sep 2026.gdoc', typed as UNKNOWN; Drive file id 1_-OKN-ArBs3z9JXWOIEeLMIaRHlHMFauBJH3xuY2Fdg.].
a question James McNamara
Who restates the hold's release condition, given no disagreement was ever opened for a person to answer?
Answered from the records. Raised by the agents' review, run.
Answered 24 Sep 2026 07:12 AEST: Per the master builder's ruling of 24 Sep 2026 06:20, the hold no longer keeps a trade off the desk. The two open gaps (customer not evidenced outside the old book; no line evidenced outside the old book) already sit with James McNamara as owner (opened 23 Sep 2026 14:45 Sydney) — the hold's disagreement-based release condition does not need restating. [master builder brief, 24 Sep 2026 06:20 Sydney.].
a question James McNamara
The trade (Chislett citrus to Boon Kee, Port Klang): the purchase order has waited for your press since 17 Sep. Press it, park it, or cancel the trade? (1038328)
Amount in question: AUD 48,400.00 (the drafted PO). The review asked: "Does the trade stay live, or should it be parked or cancelled — and on whose word?". Raised by the agents' review, run.
Still open. Nothing has come back on this.

What takes it forward
BOOKED is reached by pressing one of its own acts, and INVOICED is reached by pressing one of its own acts. A press before its evidence exists comes back asking for the evidence; it is never an error and never drops what was typed.
Move it on
It is at TRADE OPENED. The estate moves a card itself when the evidence lands; moving it by hand asks what shows it, and the trade's own messages and documents are the taps.
Only stages ahead of this one. A card that has gone forward wrongly is put right with “correct a fact”, which writes the old value, the new one, who and when; walking a trade backwards through the stages would leave the record saying it happened twice.
