Where this trade really stands
MK Fruits' 192 trays of strawberries (1038339) are due to leave Perth on MH126 early on 16 Oct, AWB 232-53488735, due Kuala Lumpur the same morning; the only open point is the customer's phyto question, which Vision answered with 'no phytosanitary certificate required'.
What is blocking it: Haziq Idris asked on 15 Oct for the status of the AWB, phyto and COO. Vision (Angela Thompson, 15 Oct) answered that 'no phytosanitary certificate required' for strawberries to Malaysia, with the RFP at completed status. The customer already holds the AWB and COO (Vision, 15 Oct) and the corrected CI/PL (15 Oct). The reply to Haziq waits on James's approval.
Sources that disagree
Vision itself has settled this and the customer has the corrected papers. Only our booked note and the first CI/PL carried MH216, and those were corrected the same evening. 15 Oct, Gmail, exports@: Vision's booking email gives the flight as MH216. 15 Oct, Gmail, exports@: Angela says the flight is MH126 per the AWB and COO and MH216 is a typo.

What the record says
Source
15 Oct
Vision: JAS received 192 trays, 960 kg gross; AWB 232-53488735, 1 AKE, departing Perth early on 16 Oct, due Kuala Lumpur the same morning; flight written as MH216.
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
Vision (Angela Thompson) emailed the AWB and the AANZFTA certificate of origin straight to Stefan and Haziq.
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
Angela confirmed the flight is MH126 per the AWB and COO and that MH216 was a typo.
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
We sent Stefan and Haziq, Vision copied, the corrected commercial invoice (AUD 9,312.00) and packing list showing MH126, 720 kg net and 960 kg gross.
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
Haziq asked for the status of the AWB, phyto and COO.
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
Angela: no phytosanitary certificate is required for strawberries to Malaysia; the RFP is at completed status (RFP 10890510 attached).
Gmail, exports@
15 Oct
Paper check on the RFP: the consignee postcode prints 5510 instead of 55100, and it shows an FOB value of AUD 8400, so it was not passed to the customer.
desk record
Not known: Whether the flight actually departed as scheduled from Perth, and the certified dispatch weight from Vision. Whether the customer's importer accepts 'no phyto required' without the MICoR page or a document in hand. Whether Vision will correct the RFP consignee postcode (5510 against 55100).
Risk: Cover not on the record for this trade. Invoice value AUD 9,312.00 is payable 100% 7 days after arrival; the customer's earlier invoice 1038335 is still unpaid, so the account is slow, not silent.
Also: Confirm departure and ask Vision for certified weight, Quenton, Fri 16 Oct
Next: Approve the single phyto reply to Haziq, James, Fri 16 Oct
Read on 16 Oct from the invoices, payments, documents and messages held.

What this trade made
GP not stated on the cost stack, current (an estimate on the rate sheet, not struck on a bill): the international freight and the produce (no buy price is on the record) are not priced yet, so a gross profit would be most of the sell; it is stated once they are on the stack.
No result has been struck for this trade yet.11 cost lines are held against its cost stack so far. The desk strikes one itself

What takes it forward
DEPARTED is reached through one of its own buttons below, and INVOICED is reached through one of its own buttons below. A button used before its evidence is held asks for the evidence, and nothing typed is
lost.
Move it on
It is at BOOKED. The estate moves a card itself when the evidence
lands; moving it by hand asks what shows it, and the trade's own messages and documents are the taps.
Only stages ahead of this one. A card that has gone forward wrongly is put right with
“correct a fact”, which writes the old value, the new one, who and when; walking a trade backwards
through the stages would leave the record saying it happened twice.
At any stage
Change, claim or end this trade
Amend the trade: the quantity, a price, the product, the booking, the customer or the grower, with what it touches said before you confirm. Cancel the trade: the reason, and the unwinding still to do said before you confirm. Raise a claim: against the customer, the grower or the forwarder, with the amount. Record a credit note: the amount and why; it produces the paper and sends nothing. Each asks one thing at a time, and an amendment or a cancellation says what it touches and waits for your confirm before anything changes.
