Where this trade really stands
Eastern Green's 192 trays of strawberries (invoice AUD 8,592.00) are at JAS Perth for SQ216, leaving on 15 Oct and due in Singapore the same day. The customer holds the AWB, invoice and packing list; Vision's question on loading unlabelled trays waits on James.
What is blocking it: No payment is due yet: no Xero invoice is linked to the trade. The open point is Vision's: on 14 Oct Nathan wrote "Nil labels on trays please confirm", before the unit was loaded. The record has no answer. The desk's WhatsApp reply was held, so a principal has to answer from his own phone. A second open point: the terminal-certified dispatch weight has not come from Vision, so the packing list still carries pack weights.
Sources that disagree
Only one load of 192 is at JAS. Nathan's unlabelled trays match Singapore, not the Malaysian label rule; Vision must confirm what flew on AWB 618-57650670. 14 Oct, Gmail, exports@: Our email to Vision relays that Grower Connect had two orders of 192 trays for that day: one for Eastern Green and one for MK Fruits, Kuala Lumpur. 14 Oct, WhatsApp C&A / Vision new group!: Angela: JAS received 2 pallets, 192 trays in total only. Vision has no Malaysia booking.
The instruction was overtaken by the later send, which the mail supports. Nothing more is owed to Jenny on documents. 14 Oct, desk record: The supervisor's instruction says Jenny still lacks the invoice and packing list. 14 Oct, Gmail, exports@: The invoice and packing list were sent with both attachments in Jenny's thread and delivered.
Internal mismatch. No departure is evidenced yet, so 'departed' should not stand until SQ216 has left. 14 Oct, desk record: The trade's stage list marks 'departed' as reached. 14 Oct, desk record: The current position and milestones show the goods with the forwarder, not yet departed. SQ216 leaves on 15 Oct.
The mail supports separate waybills. The open item can be closed on an internal check. 14 Oct, desk record: Open item: a booking on AWB 618-57650585 names both 1038338 and 1038336. 14 Oct, Gmail, exports@: Vision booked 1038338 on its own AWB, 618-57650670. AWB 618-57650585 was cited only as the consignee reference for 1038336.
The open item is overtaken by the send and can be closed. 14 Oct, desk record: Open item: the received update to the customer has not gone. 14 Oct, Gmail, exports@: The received update was sent and delivered in Jenny's thread.

WhatsApp C&A / Vision new group!
Not known: Whether James answered Nathan, and whether the unlabelled trays were loaded on the unit for SQ216. Whether SQ216 left Perth with the 192 trays. Whether the 192 trays at JAS are the Eastern Green order or the MK Fruits order Grower Connect spoke of. The terminal-certified gross and net dispatch weight. Which invoice is in Xero and the payment terms basis (days from arrival or from invoice date). The cost stack and the grower's purchase order: the purchase order still lacks its delivery point.
Risk: Credit cover is not on the record, and no Xero invoice is linked, so there is no ageing yet. The customer is responsive: Jenny's documents request was answered with the invoice and packing list the same day.
Also: Ask Vision to confirm the 192 trays flew, Vision, Thu 15 Oct Draft, not sent. To bneexport@vision.com.au: Hi Angela, Please confirm that the 192 trays received at JAS Perth (2 pallets, no labels) were loaded and flew on SQ216 on 15 October under AWB 618-57650670 for Eastern Green, and send the gross and net weights as weighed at JAS Perth, with the terminal's own figure. Thank you. Kind regards,
Also: Wait for Vision's certified weight until Fri 16 Oct, the desk, Fri 16 Oct
Next: Answer Nathan on loading the unlabelled trays, James, Thu 15 Oct

What takes it forward
ARRIVED is reached through one of its own buttons below, and INVOICED is reached through one of its own buttons below. A button used before its evidence is held asks for the evidence, and nothing typed is
lost.
Move it on
It is at DEPARTED. The estate moves a card itself when the evidence
lands; moving it by hand asks what shows it, and the trade's own messages and documents are the taps.
Only stages ahead of this one. A card that has gone forward wrongly is put right with
“correct a fact”, which writes the old value, the new one, who and when; walking a trade backwards
through the stages would leave the record saying it happened twice.
At any stage
Change, claim or end this trade
Amend the trade: the quantity, a price, the product, the booking, the customer or the grower, with what it touches said before you confirm. Cancel the trade: the reason, and the unwinding still to do said before you confirm. Raise a claim: against the customer, the grower or the forwarder, with the amount. Record a credit note: the amount and why; it produces the paper and sends nothing. Each asks one thing at a time, and an amendment or a cancellation says what it touches and waits for your confirm before anything changes.
